Made a quick trip up north to visit the almost-complete Camp MINOH, hit a few breweries, and make a few turns.
T'was a snowy Sunday in Vail. Sightlines weren't quite so clear up on the hill.
And here's a little video of that Icy New Year's jaunt.
Spent New Year's Eve walking around on a frozen Lake in Wisconsin. Happy 2014!
We found ourselves in New York City again, this time for a blowout Brooklyn wedding. We did our usual wandering about, and hit the Whitney for the stellar Robert Indiana retrospective. Good time as always, and got out just in time to avoid the holiday weather madness.
On this trip to New York, we tried to visit some parts of town we normally don't see. With that intention, we found ourselves downtown in the Financial District. Once we realized it was open to non-ticket-holding members of the public, we decided to visit the 9/11 Memorial. Erin and I both came away impressed with the scale, grace and weight of the site.
Last week, I flew out to California to shoot the OSU/Cal game for 11W. Naturally, I made a long weekend of it, saw some friends, walked up a lot of steep hills and had a grand old time. Here are some photos from the trip. You can see the full set from the game over at Elevenwarriors.com
Last week I travelled out to the Pacific Northwest to visit my sister in Portland. Came away very impressed with Portland proper and all the incredible stuff surrounding the city. We hit up wine country, the coast, went hiking, visited some breweries, etc. etc. Good times, and an easy place take photos of. You can dig more over on my Flickr.
More Low Country snaps right here.
For my first week on the loose, I've holed up at Grandman's South Carolina Headquarters way out on Seabrook Island near Charleston. Productivity is at an all-time high, but every now and again, I take a break to enjoy the low-country's lazy scenery.
Back in New York, this time for my rad sister Claire's birthday. This was a family affair, and we made our way up and down and all over Manhattan. You can view the full set of photos over on my Flickr page.
